This is a really nice film. The actors are excellent and the characters they portray are likeable. I wasn't bored at all, as the placid pace doesn't drag; it just gives you time to think about what's being said, like a good poem.
The film meanders at times, and is often less than the sum of its parts. Not quite Terrence Malick, but it does need a bit more oomph at times. Still, a good cast helps to maintain interest.
