Synopsis
Jessica, the daughter of an impoverished apple farmer, still believes in Santa Claus. So when she comes across a reindeer with an injured leg, it makes perfect sense to her to assume that it is Prancer, who had fallen from a Christmas display in town. She hides the reindeer in her barn and feeds it cookies, until she can return it to Santa. Her father finds the reindeer and decides to sell it to the butcher, not for venison chops, but as an advertising display.

A Christmas movie that deserves to be watched at least once, it has a very tragic undertone to it, but has a heartwarming message at it's core.

I remember fond memories of watching this as a kid. I saw it on sale this year, had to snag it. While it doesn't quite live up to my memories, it is still very cute. I look forward to eventually showing this one to my kids. Rating: 2.5/5 - 7/10 - Worth Watching

This is my wife's favorite Christmas movie---I think that means I'm required to like it a little? But honestly, while it's not the most exciting Christmas film, it certainly helps with Christmas spirit.
