I wanted to see this ever since I saw that Kino Lorber was putting this out on 4K. The poster looked awesome and the movie sounded really cool, so I decided to go ahead and blind buy it. After watching this I’d probably go ahead and say I didn’t need to buy it. I’m not disappointed with the purchase but it’s probably not something I really needed. The movie has some excellent moments. The movie is shot really well. It looks absolutely gorgeous and has some incredible shots. The two lead actors played by Michael Biehn and Matt Craven turned in excellent performances. Their characters weren’t necessarily that captivating but they were played extremely well. I would say I really enjoyed the beginning. The middle half was kind of slow and uneventful. I was absolutely into the entire last half of this though. I love the way they developed the characters by the end. It was so easy to find myself rooting for them. It definitely had some intense sequences. It was pretty good I just don’t think it quite reached the level of great. * Kino Lorber 4K Ultra HD
