A new breed of enemy has taken over the world... Sam Hell has come to take it back.
'Hell' is the name of the hero of the story. He's a prisoner of the women who now run the USA after a nuclear/biological war. Results of the war are that mutants have evolved, and the human race is in danger of extinction due to infertility. Hell is given the task of helping in the rescue of a group of fertile women from the harem of the mutant leader (resembling a frog). Hell cannot escape since he has a bomb attached to his private parts which will detonate if he strays more than a few hundred yards from his guard.

The movie tries to be a satire of post-apocalyptic and exploitation genres, but it fails miserably. It’s not even entertaining as a guilty pleasure or a cult classic. It’s just utter crap. The story is absurd, the jokes are cringeworthy, and the action is boring.
Even wrestler Roddy Piper at his peak can't save this mess. It's like something Roger Gorman made as a teenager. Definitely not as good as it sounds.
Pretty damn fun. The animatronic frog-people effects are pretty weak and kind of take you out of the movie and the end is a little anticlimactic, but besides that, this is a fun gonzo sci-fi ride. Like who thought of having Rowdy Roddy Piper in a post apocalyptic world, where he has to ride into a town of mutant frog people to rescue a bunch of fertile women that he has to impregnate for the government...?
Mad Max, Estrada da Fúria, inspirou-se no roteiro desse filme. Certeza! Pqp! Que filme doido.
Is is gay if Centinella reminds me of John Connor and I’m still attracted to her?
