Synopsis

Lured by the promise of an Australian holiday, backpackers Rutger, Katarina and Paul visit the notorious Wolf Creek Crater. Their dream Outback adventure soon becomes a horrific reality when they encounter the site's most infamous local, the last man any traveller to the region ever wants to meet—Mick Taylor. I really enjoyed the first movie but the second was fantastic. It honestly didn’t go as I expected and I had a wonderful time with this. I gotta say that this is definitely one of my all time favorite horror movies.

Love the opening scene, it's bloody awesome and really sets the tone. The film continues being fun until the "trivia" scene where it promptly slows to a crawl. Then, after ALL that, the movie concludes with text over a black background as if they reshot the ending to make it a bit more hopeful? Kind of a cop out, to be honest... 2/3rds great, 1/3rd meh.
