Synopsis
A young woman's summer in New York includes working for a Mademoiselle-like magazine, her return home to New England, and subsequent breakdown all amidst the horrors of the 1950s, from news of the Rosenbergs' execution to sleazy disc jockeys and predatory college boys.

while mostly technically true to the events of the book the vibes were WAY off. also: WHY are movies not showing up in the search, i have to find this and other things through google now to mark them as watched??? really don't like that
