Synopsis
Naruto is thrilled when he is sent on a mission to protect his favorite actress, Yukie Fujikaze, on the set of her new movie, The Adventures of Princess Gale. But when the crew ventures out to film in the icy, foreboding Land of Snow, Yukie mysteriously flees! Naruto and his squad set off to find her... unaware that three Snow Ninja lie in wait, with a sinister purpose that will force Yukie to face her hidden past!

"We are able to dream, because we don't give up hope. We are able to dream and that is why there is future." The past month I have been watching Naruto again and somehow I have never seen any of the movies. So it was about damn time. Anyway Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow is the first Naruto movie to be released. The story isn't anything special but it gives our team Seven the chance to battle ninjas and to give us some great set pieces. The movie is animated well and Naruto is the one to shine the most. But I felt that the movie was a bit lackluster. It was fun but I expected bigger action scenes. Maybe I was expecting too much having seen Dragon Ball Broly and One Piece Stampede at the cinema. Maybe the later movies will get the treatment these two had. But in the end it was still fun spending some time with young Team Seven.
