This version is just lacking in all I feel. The script was bland, and the character didn't draw me in. I honestly didn't care about any of their outcomes. Overall story didn't draw me in as well. Given the choice between this version and the 1999 version I would choose the 1999 version.

The acting was awkward, the chemistry lacking... I was also surprised at the acting of Hayley Atwell that was lacking something at some parts of this movie because she's usually a very good actress. All in all, this movie was disappointing and slightly boring. I hope the 1999 version will be more satisfying to watch.
