The short documentary “Rovina's Choice” focuses on the recent cuts at USAID and the corresponding impact on refugees from South Sudan in Kenya. The issue is presented in a clear and concise manner, allowing those who are unfamiliar with the topic to learn a little bit about it. However, there is not enough time to provide a broader overview, such as the domino effect that other nations are also massively reducing their foreign aid. Nevertheless, “Rovina's Choice” is a useful introduction to the topic.
