This is a good film. However, the one major thumbsdown moment was the scene where Dr. Jegha showed the CT scan. Oh my god. First, the scan was upside down. Second, it clearly showed intracranial bleeding, not features of Alzheimer’s at all. This is something Malay films unfortunately keep getting wrong, and it really breaks immersion. That said, aside from that flaw, the film is solid. I really enjoyed Diana Danielle’s performance. She’s naturally soft-spoken, and that gentleness actually fits the role very well.
