[Raindance '25] Introduces some characteristic elements of J-Horror, such as the influence of technology in creating unsettling atmospheres, but does so in an original and particularly disturbing way, adding some social elements that delve deeper into the psychology of the characters. The incorporation of references to identity and the need for belonging within a homogenized Japanese society, represented through the closed space of a school, allows for a layer of depth to be added to the narrative, while building a solid horror story.
