[Annecy '25] One of the most interesting elements is the way the short film depicts the rebellion and frustrated anger experienced by a child, powerless in the face of the circumstances he experiences at home. Benci begins to destroy his surroundings as a way of channeling these frustrations, but he also takes them out on a dog that only returns loyalty and affection, which ultimately becomes a form of healing for the child. With simple animation and perfectly designed planning, the short film has the power to represent a situation that describes the reality of many homes.
