Synopsis

A charming easy movie of military/bureaucratic ineptness. Never gets old and Kelsey Grammar knocks it out of the park! 7/10

This is one of the those straight to TV type of film that is both great to watch and difficult to source if you haven't got the cable TV that produced it. Highly enjoyable to watch.

Fun movie to watch about a big scandal. I like movies to be historical accurate, this movie was almost that. Showing computers with color screens and a graphical Excel like GUI pre 1981 is not historical accurate. But everything else was very believable, including all characters. Great acting, and basically the same kind of corruption that is now demolishing the Russian army, instead of here is was promotion and in Russia it is fear.
