Synopsis
UFC 74: Respect was a mixed martial arts (MMA) event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). The event took place on August 25, 2007 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The main event was a UFC heavyweight championship bout which featured UFC heavyweight champion Randy Couture defending his title against Gabriel Gonzaga.

I don't know how anyone could ever get tired of watching Randy Couture fight, and even at 44 yrs old, he was no slouch here. Same can be said for George St. Pierre (considerably younger though!) as he demonstrated he still has a LOT of fight in him. Probably the only match that I lost interest in was the fight between Roger Huerta vs Alberto Crane and that was simply because the outcome was so obvious pretty early in the match. Apart from that one fight, the others on this card were outstanding.
