Extremely violent but well done superhero movie from the pre-Feige era. Entertaining and brutal with great characters and good action buoying the paperlight plot.

Humour and action for a very television-friendly cast

Well this was the least bad of the 3 Punisher movies, the plot is rather thin and simplistic, but this is supported by a good cast acting well, and it does manage to hold the audience's attention with a fast editing, not leaving room for boredom. Don't look for deep psychology there though, this picture is all in the service of violent action scenes, but entertaining nonetheless.

I actually really enjoy almost everything about this one, except for the writing, which is shockingly bad in places. This leaves this movie being just good when it could have been great. Overall Rating - 7/10

this punisher film was so much gory-ier than the first one lol. i liked the first one a lot more.
