A Canadian steam-punk sin-city-esque gangster film. The director called it a love letter to his favourite films, including irreversible, surprisingly. Does that excuse the cliches and unoriginal script? not for me. There were some inventive kills for those that enjoy such things. Most of the cast did well with what they were given.
