I watched this entirely to see the early work of Tatiana Maslany. Cursed with a youthful face and diminutive stature she has fought to be cast in adult roles befitting her age. With this film she gets to stand in the gap and prove her ability to be a lead performer. Solid performances all round. Unsettling story with a hopeful human treatment at the centre. I give this a 7 (good) out of 10. [Coming of Age Drama]
