Innocence isn't lost... it's taken.
The Seasoning House - where young girls are prostituted to the military. An orphaned deaf mute is enslaved to care for them. She moves between the walls and crawlspaces, planning her escape. Planning her ingenious and brutal revenge.

A filthy, brutal slog through war, sexual abuse, and gore, with a brothel so disgusting you can practically smell it through the screen. The lead is a total badass and the final confrontation is satisfying, but the plot is predictable, the acting is shaky, and the whole thing often feels more grimy than gripping. Also, if you’re claustrophobic, this movie will feel like a hostage situation.
I love a good revenge flick. This one is particularly dark and brutal, and not in a gratuitous way. According to the closing credits it’s based, in part, on real people and events and it has a realism that reflects that. Great performances from the leads. It’s a compelling watch.
too much gore.. but nice movie.
