[Sheffield '24] Through the profile of the main opposition leader in Belarus, the only one who obtained electoral support against Aleksandr Lukashenko, the film presents a powerful approach to the permanence of an authoritarian regime through the repression of its opponents. But it also shows the weaknesses of a team with little experience, lack of resources and a certain lack of coordination, which places this story as a reflection on the strength necessary to confront regimes that perpetuate in an authoritarian manner.
