Now fully revealed as the ultimate threat to existence, the Anti-Monitor wages an unrelenting attack on the surviving Earths that struggle for survival in a pocket universe. One by one, these worlds and all their inhabitants are vaporized! On the planets that remain, even time itself is shattered, and heroes from the past join the Justice League and their rag-tag allies against the epitome of evil. But as they make their last stand, will the sacrifice of the superheroes be enough to save us all?

Slightly better than the first two movies, but as a trilogy it felt very overcomplicated, even for a multiversal disaster movie. Hopefully the nest animated DC projects are better.
Many of those deaths meant something to me. Hell of a cross-over -- better than the T.V. version on breadth of story.
I've seen the 3 parts almost back to back, and even tho that they got a bit better from one to another, there is almost no comparisson with previous animation work. The Pros: The voice work is ok but nothing to throw fireworks. This last part was a bit better than the others, being a bit more lineal and having some nice "worlds destroying" cameos, specially Kevin Conroy's and Mark Hamill's animated series. And to be honest, this is almost everything there is. Now, for the cons... The Cons: I hated the animation, it felt really cheap and somehow, flat. Like it had no depth. I think that one of the last animated DC movies I saw was Apokolips War and the animation from that era was amazing. The plot, even tho that you may already know the CoIE overall story, felt extremely rushed. Part 1 was a nightmare to watch; you never understood what you were watching, which Earth or even time. Also, some key points weren't properly explained and just passed by without too much explanation (something that translated into the 3 movies at SEVERAL moments). Part 2 and 3 were a bit more linear, but still, sometimes it felt like they were random pieces of different stories, patched up to give a sensation of a "unified" story (which, for me, didn't happen). I don't know, maybe its just me, but I reaaaaally dislike this. I give the overall trilogy a 4. I think the TV version made by the CW had, somehow, more coherence, linearity, structure, cameos and much more. Very disapointed with this trilogy
PLEASE stoping using this cheap as animation. There’s no life to any of it. Its all flat and rushed. You need to go back to 2009-2012. THAT was peak!
