If all you want is a car chase movie with little to no plot whatsoever then this is the movie for you. The editing however makes this movie painful to watch, it's one saving grace is the soundtrack. If, like me, this is the first time you're seeing it then don't expect anything from the hype behind what is considered an iconic movie, watch it for what it is, which is a relatively low budget road movie where what little plot there is has as many holes as Swiss cheese and you will not be disappointed.

A car chase and race across the southwestern United states. Pedal to the floor, funk, rock, and jazz on the speakers. Its 90mins of blazing through towns without a care in the world. Great soundtrack and beautiful shots of scenery and driving, but the dialogue is practically nonexistent.

Not sure I understand the movie. Not even sure there is anything **to** understand. Script probably fits on two sheets of paper. And yet, the car chase scenes are great, the soundtrack fits perfectly. Just don't expect anything great of it I mean, there are traits of upheavel against the establishment or personal loss and pain. But it's not that deep. In any case: the car is the star. Just sit back and enjoy the ride.
