There's a good movie hidden somewhere here and Alexi Wasser has potential as a filmmaker. I hope her next movie is better.

Written, produced, directed, costumes, casting and acted by Alessi Wasser. Everytime I saw such multi roles, I understood that it's an independent low budget film, hence the multi role by 1 person. I know the risk but how else would you find new movie makers. Is Messy good? It's very subjective. Neo feminists would love Messy. The real feminists would say it's an unrealistic wishful thinking. No, worries, conservatives and religious people would hate it, except for the extremist muslims who wished they met such a messy liberal neo feminist to abuse. Anyhow, if you are a film fans, you would know 1977's Looking for Mr. Goodbar with Diane Keaton as leading actress and a slew of new comers who would becime legendary actors and actress. This film, whether admitted or not, took the idea from Looking for Mr. Goodbar. Bored of her life, she roamed the city for one night stands. The main difference is the ending. While the much more superior in writing quality, Looking for Mr Goodbar dealt with consequences, Messy didn't. Messy just continued on with the next 'adventure' which made this film comedically ironic and also damaging. There is always consequences, it doesn't matter if you don't like it. Face and explote the consequences, and the film will get a lot better. As for now, let's just say Messy should be retitled as The Adventure of Non-Attractive Horny Girl. And for me personally, it's very bad, I wished Wasser reduce nudity a lot and explore the tragedies that came out of this wishful fantasy Skip it.
