Sylvester Cat stows away aboard a seagoing passenger liner to try and catch Tweety Bird, who is guarded by his mistress, Granny. Sylvester becomes seasick and runs to the sickbay for a remedy. Tweety mixes nitro into the medicine before Sylvester drinks it. When Granny hits Sylvester with her broom, he is blown sky-high.

Tweety is close to Pepe LePew as being one of my least favorite characters, but Sylvester is way underrated. He's gold here as he struggles with seasickness, not to mention Granny, in his attempts to eat Tweety. The gag when Sylvester gets seasick and then Tweety makes it worse by showing him a slice of salt pork has stuck with me since childhood. I guess Sylvester holding his finger over his mouth to keep from barfing as he runs away was troubling to me as a wee lad.
