Im Mittelpunkt der Geschichte von Divorce befinden sich Frances und Robert. Gemeinsam lebt das Ehepaar in einer beschaulichen Wohnung in New York und hat eine kleine Tochter namens Lila. Wo einst Liebe und Einigkeit herrschten, haben mittlerweile Misstrauen und Eifersucht Einzug in die Beziehung gehalten. Unstimmigkeiten und Streitereien stehen bei Frances und Robert auf der Tagesordnung - genauso wie der wöchentliche Termin bei der Eheberatung. Ein Ausweg aus der Krise scheint jedoch nicht in Sicht. Also reicht Frances die Scheidung ein. Ab diesem Punkt beginnt der lange, beschwerliche Weg bis zur endgültigen Annullierung. Ob es dennoch Hoffnung für Frances' und Roberts Ehe gibt?

A little bit too depressing for my tastes, sort of a dark comedy, not a bad show but too early to judge on just one episode.
Very boring show, will not finish watching the whole season.
I will never understand why HBO cancelled this show only to attempt to relaunch "Sex and the City" under the new title "And Just Like That". To clarify, they cancelled "Divorce", a dramedy starring Sarah Jessica Parker in a tale of middle-aged female friends dealing with life and relationships, in order to launch "And Just Like That", a dramedy starring Sarah Jessica Parker in a tale of middle-aged female friends dealing with life and relationships. "Divorce" is the better of the two by far, although Kim Cattrall's turn in the Canadian show "Sensitive Skin" is better again. SJP must hate that.
It is just me or the title of this show is displayed in Cyrylic?
