Just another perfect short story. It really has no flaws except for the fact that saeguk time travel has no science to back . I'm so happy to see Kim Seul Gi in a main role! I've only see her in a few things
loved here in Oh My Ghostess where she has outdone Park Bo Young
and adored her unique acting. She gave her character such a refreshing feel. Yoon Doo-joon. I really need to watch more of his works (Lets Eat) . I thought he showed perfect emotions in his face, Him and Seul Gi were great together! Again, I wasn't expecting much but their chemistry clicked right away and I enjoyed every second of their screen time together. Their relationship developed so naturally and quickly I really can't praise them enough. Supporting cast was great too. Ahn Hyo Seop was a little awkward but his character clicked perfect with Seul Gi's as well and I enjoyed his character. Only 2 episodes and I loved every second of it. I already want to go back and rewatch it again. Why can't Korean dramas always be this easy to watch?! Minimal drama but still enough to push the story along without anything feeling dragged out. The first episode felt like I had already watched 7 episodes of a regular Korean drama and was extremely content. I'm sad because this special was only 2 episodes but I'm happy because I wouldn't want this to be dragged out to 16 episodes This is a very easy drama to get through and it's perfect for days when you don't feel like watching your "Currently Watching" list but also don't feel like start another 20-24 episode drama. P.S I started this Sunday night before a quick nap.
Ridiculously sweet and heartwarming. I especially enjoyed the scenes where she taught him about a wide variety of subjects. Their interactions were so cute. I'm left with a big smile on my face and I bet this mini drama would have been even more enjoyable if I had any knowledge at all about this particular King of the Joseon period. A great pick for a lazy afternoon or a quite night at home.
A story you will never forget for the rest of your life Practically a movie, 2 hours and 20 minutes running time. I would say that by approaching this from an episodic method, they were able to tell the story in a simple and yet very touching way. If they turned this into a movie, it wouldn't have the same impact as the expectations and requirements for one is far different. This proves that great stories does not have to be long, it is the execution and delivery that matters. I also love how they embedded the importance of studying mathematics and science--something that students need to understand--by throwing a modern student into the past where their survival lies on it, just as how important these are today. I can't believe I only discovered this today. I will never forget this story for the rest of my life.
I'm sorry, it was horribly stupid. Maybe if it was longer show. (The music seems good though).
