I had fond memories of watching this show as a kid, but rewatching it now I realize how BAD it truly is. The only saving grace is the couple episodes that focus on Freddy and his very SMALL cameos sprinkled through out the rest of the series. A true 5/10 if I ever saw one. That coming from a horror buff!

You hope that at least one episode will be original Creepshow levels of good and nope. The budget had to be low hundreds. And this is the sleepiest group of kids I have ever seen! They are falling asleep at every opportunity. And non-opportunities as well.

A weird horror anthology focused on nightmares, with a dose of sex appeal. Most of the time the weirdness doesn't work, but it's nice when it occasionally does. Weird horror can also be harder to judge sometimes, since it's more subjective than usual, as shown by the variation in episode ratings, so that may peak your interest. Most can agree that the show isn't very good though, as shown by the overall show rating. There are occasional episodes with Freddy himself, some of which are pretty good.
