Niemals vergeben. Niemals vergessen.

As far as I can tell, these gys were doing a pretty damn good job in looking stupid as a redneck :D And this actually happend and they kept going like this for 139 years??? That's crazy! I thought if there would be 2 more episodes there would be no more Hatfield & no more McCoy left on this planet :) I'll give it a 7/10 because it was well produced, but in the end it was just all about killing, nothing else.
A captivating mini-series with exceptional acting that draws you into the historic feud between the two families. The production value is exceptional, transporting you back in time to the rugged hills of Kentucky and West Virginia. The show is especially noteworthy for the way it manages to humanize both sides of the conflict, offering a more nuanced perspective on the Hatfields and their actions. While the show may seem to shine a slightly better light on the Hatfields, it still presents an overall balanced portrayal of the feud. With strong performances from a talented cast and a gripping storyline, it's a must-watch for anyone interested in American history or just a well-crafted drama.
Feels a bit like _Dallas_ or _Dynasty_ but with more violence. Otherwise similar with the two families being at each others throat. Production is great. Both, Costner and Paxton, deliver very good performances. No weak spot in the supporting cast either. I am no native english speaker, so I had some difficulties with the dialogue at times. But I can't blame the show for that, can't I ? And there are things like subtitles. But here are the weak spots: It is very repetitive. Pretty much he did, we do, all the time. And you don't sympathize with either side. Both family heads are thickheaded idiots who think that only they are on the right side of things. And with their ideals and opinions they are poisoning the minds of their whole family. Now, I know this is based on real facts but you kind off wish for them both to drop dead. Not a waste of time by any means but also not highly recommended from where I stand.
Amazing! This was so well made and the storyline, acting every damn thing was perfect.
Looking good.
