Seven famous men arrive at the Yongmunsa Temple in South Korea and have to give up everything they have: clothes, watches, jewelry and mobile phones. Here they will only face themselves, without outside influence. The first day is a tough crash straight into a new reality with rock-hard training where they are pushed to their limits, driven by two legendary Shaolin masters.
