The quality of sketches seems to be going down weekly, the recent Jack Whitehall ep was by far the worst, and I ff through several sketches...

A great debut episode. A cast arguably better than the US version. Very funny sketches & shorts. We laughed a lot. Room for growth, but certainly looking forward to seeing what they come up with week after week. Congratulations to the cast & crew. Welcome to our Saturday Night!

Open with musical guests Wet Leg and Wolf Alice! I thought this was going to be the greatest show ever! Slowly drops in quality after that all the way to the end of the season. Got to know British politics a bit to get the cold open, etc... pretty much mirrors the US version playbook exactly...

I thought maybe i was to old to like this show, but my 2 millennial kids and my 2 Gen Z kids all agree it is trash. Maybe if they tried to find comedians outside of drama classes it would do better... I pretty much guarantee Season 1 will be its only season

As much as I hate it, I kind of love it. I had hopes, but I kept my expectations low, and somehow, they outdid themselves...especially for a debut. Decent cast, hosts, skits, and music. Like Riz Ahmed said, we Brits like things kind of crap. If you know the US version, then you know inconsistency is the epitome of SNL. It's a hit and miss, but I wouldn't want to see it cancelled. Hope they up the episode count next season.
