The ammount of detail and story they managed to do in 8 not so long episodes is shocking. This is actually one of the best if not THE best bl I have ever watched. I just finished watching it, and I am crying so much (it does have a happy ending though). The characters are amazingly built, so is the story. These actors did an amazing job, and this show loved my heart so much, it's so amazing. The complexity of Dohoe and Juyoung is something a person could literally study for hours. They are both super well built. This story has many twists and turns. There's so many little details that reoccur that give us more of an insight on these characters. Truely an amazing show. Actual masterpiece.
I always find myself coming back to this series; it’s easily one of my absolute favorites. The chemistry between Dohoe and Juyeong is incredibly captivating and makes their bond feel genuine every time I watch. It’s a story that handles the shift from teenage awkwardness to a deeper, more heavy connection in a way that feels completely honest. There’s something so sincere about how they convey their feelings through small looks and body language rather than just dialogue. It’s a beautiful look at how people carry their past with them, and it hits much harder than a typical upbeat drama because it dares to be a bit melancholic and raw. The production has this stunning, slightly moody vibe that sets it apart. The cinematography is cinematic and sharp, capturing the quiet moments in the gym or the rural town with a visual style that feels very intentional. It’s not just "pretty"—the lighting and the scenery reflect the isolation and the internal struggle the characters are going through. What really sells it for me is the focus on internal growth. It’s a refreshing watch because the relationship isn't rushed; you get to see the subtle shifts and the way they slowly start to rely on each other. It’s a high-quality comfort watch that feels grounded from start to finish, even when the story gets heavy with their personal trauma. Everything about it feels earned, making the emotional payoff feel deeply satisfying every time I hit play.
