Holy moley, out of nowhere a great episode! Actually charming and exciting, and the best display of Daredevil's talents since Netflix. People might try to call this "filler" or even a bottle episode, but it's really neither of those things. It's just good episodic TV, which doesn't have to constantly focus on the main arc.

oh fuck off with your filler bullsit, y'all It was a great episode, giving a bit more of the day-to-day life of Matt. It also helps to connect him to another MCU show, which is always appreciated, as it makes the MCU feel more connected. And though it goes a bit sideways from the «main» storyline, it also gives more depth, as we now know a tad more of the background gangster activity and Matt's firm struggles. Also, a nice bottle episode is always a good addition to the plot, if you ask me. And that was a nice one.

I love how Matt handled the situation with his lawyer skills. Meanwhile Daredevil keeps telling him “Get one of them to a hallway or stairwell.”

Would’ve made a great special presentation, but I thought it was fine. Smart of Disney to do this as part of a double episode drop and to not scrap this episode that is clearly from before the creative overhaul. It was a great one!
