The writers for this show are complete lunatics, and I love it
I gave The Resort a rating of 7 out of 10. The idea behind the series is interesting, but unfortunately the execution was not as strong. The first few episodes were quite promising and grabbed my attention right away, but as the season went on, the story started to lose some of its momentum. While it was still enjoyable to watch, there were some flaws in the plot that left me a little disappointed. Overall, I think The Resort is an interesting series. If you're looking for something to pass the time, it's worth giving it a try, but don't expect anything exceptional." One thing I really liked about the series was the casting of the main actors. They all performed their roles very convincingly and brought a real dynamic to their characters. However, while I enjoyed the chemistry between the characters, I felt that some of the relationships could have been explored more deeply. Some of the subplots were not as well developed as I would have liked and I found some of the plot twists a bit predictable. Overall, I think there was a lot of potential in the series, but unfortunately it wasn't fully realized.
It’s really good and it gets better and better with each episode. I just hope it can deliver by the end. Currently on episode 4.
Just finished episode 5, the first few episodes (1-3) take a bit to get through because they are building all of the characters. But episode 4 really starts to find its groove. You have to go in with the idea that everything is a bit far fetched (15 year old sim cards still working, hurricane suddenly changing directions, etc) but it is a fun watch! Im hoping that it wont be dragged out too long
Pre woke eta we had comic relief in the shows. Now the comic relief is provided by actors portraying gays. Why is that necessary?
