First and foremost you need to remember that this is a Disney show. In other words, any nefarious, evil storylines you might imagine due to the many red-herrings, put them aside. The storyline is much more innocent and sweet than it appears. Having said that - this series is really good. It's fun and smart. Kids should enjoy this as well as some adults. They wrapped up season 1 and set up season 2 really well. How I rate: 1-3 ❤ = seriously! don't waste your time 4-6 ❤ = you may or may not enjoy this 7-8 ❤ = I expect you will like this too 9-10 ❤ = movies and TV shows I really love!
This is a pretty good mystery for kids. The review is only 45% because someone rated it low before it even came out.
This is actually very well done. I’ve watched only three episodes for now, but they have all got me engaged begin to end. The mystery is palpable, sometime it feels spooky but being basically a kid’s show I imagine nothing really bad will happen. Let’s say it stimulates the curiosity about what will happen next. It’s quite entertaining.
A blatant ripoff of "Dark", just as a series for children and with much worse writing. Even the plot is stolen up to
the ~30 years the time portal makes them travel.
If you've seen or plan to watch "Dark", don't waste your time with this series. If you wanna watch this series, watch "Dark" first and then give it a shot. Disney is being ridiculous.
It was ok for a Disney kid show. I watched it because it was recommended through my trakt couchmoney recommendations. For some reason it thinks I'm into the paranormal which I am not. Now it's probably going to think I'm a kid which I am not. I watched and liked the show Ghosts So now I get recommended everything paranormal. I'm going through removing that stuff now from my recommendations. Anyway this one wasn't bad. The kids should have been a little older. Perhaps a little less Disney too and it would have been better. I figured since it was Disney it at least have a little bit of a budget. It almost could have been good enough for adults to watch and enjoy as well with just a couple of tweaks. Toward the end of the second season I started not paying attention as much to it It was just background noise. But I was impressed enough to write this review because I made it that far fairly entertained.
