Am Ende der letzten Sommerferien der Oberschule verbringt Youta Narukami seine Tage damit, sich auf die Aufnahmeprüfungen für die Universität vorzubereiten, als plötzlich ein junges Mädchen namens Hina auftaucht und sich selbst als „Gott der Allwissenheit“ bezeichnet. Youta ist natürlich verwirrt und glaubt Hina nicht, als sie behauptet, dass die Welt in 30 Tagen untergehen wird. Nachdem Youta aber Zeuge von Hinas, fast göttlicher, Prophezeiungsgabe geworden ist, beginnt er zu glauben, dass ihre Kräfte real sind. Hina, die trotz ihrer übernatürlichen Kräfte unschuldig und kindlich wirkt, beschließt aus irgendeinem Grund, bei Youta zu Hause einzuziehen. So beginnt ihr lebhafter Sommer vor dem Ende der Welt …

It had a slow and stupid start but the last few episodes were really enjoyable. Most of all both the opening and the ending themes were awesome. Can't say it's a great show but it was a good change of pace.
Horrible, don't waste time.
It's a really good show, but honestly, a poor representation of illness.
From the same person that brought us Angel Beats & Charlotte I was expecting more, enjoyable but overall disappointed. Could of swore Maeda said this would be his saddest work, what happened? It felt lacking in a lot of areas. Felt more like someone tried to imitate Jun Maeda's work & failed.
To no one's surprise Jun Maeda has a formula he sticks to but that I don't think it translates well to single cour shows. I didn't get very invested in this but I can see why it solicited quite a few harsh criticisms. Frankly the show to me had just a few too many weird elements to take it seriously and the conclusion leaves me a bit uneasy, especially given Youta's general narcissistic narration.
