Billy Barty (geboren als William John Bertanzetti; 25. Oktober 1924 – 23. Dezember 2000) war ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler und Aktivist. Aufgrund einer Knorpel-Haar-Hypoplasie war er im Erwachsenenalter nur 1,14 m groß und wurde deshalb in Filmen oft an der Seite größerer Schauspieler besetzt, um komische Effekte zu erzielen. Er spezialisierte sich auf schlagfertige und witzige Charaktere. In den 1950er-Jahren wurde er zum Fernsehstar und trat regelmäßig im Ensemble von Spike Jones auf.
