Charles Joseph Parrott (20. Oktober 1893 – 20. Juni 1940), bekannt unter seinem Künstlernamen Charley Chase, war ein US-amerikanischer Komiker, Schauspieler, Drehbuchautor und Filmregisseur, der vor allem für seine Mitwirkung in den Kurzfilmkomödien von Hal Roach bekannt ist. Geboren wurde er als Charles Joseph Parrott in Baltimore, Maryland. Bereits als Teenager trat er im Varieté auf und begann seine Filmkarriere 1912.
