Fun fact: the guy that Karen Gillan calls a lateral move is in fact her real life husband

The first hour of this movie was rather pedestrian, but the last thirty minutes are really pretty tremendous. First and foremost, the actress that plays the elderly woman is absolutely incredible (I have added some of her older movies to my watch list). I said this about the film Thelma, that we need more films like this where it shows the stages of getting old. This film did a nice and really sweet job, but it just didn’t hit me in the emotional feels as much. The whole part at the start stalking the ex really could’ve been left out. There are plenty of ways she could’ve injured herself, instead of making her like psychotic outside his house. Anyways, it was cute but also forgettable
