I've never done smack but I'd imagine this is what withdrawal feels like. First half through I was already preparing a put down as a flawed but mildly entertaining enthusiasts no budget horror flick that relies on entomophobia and gore. But then it kept going. And going. And going. And despite all the flaws, and they are plentiful, it moults out of that shell and surprises by following through its own internal logic to some damn artistic conclusions.
