A writer obsessed with the horror genre finds himself in a writers block for his next film. Horror seems to be everywhere in his life, at times bleeding into real life where telling fact from fiction seems difficult. Though the movie really doesn't all start to take real shape until about half wah/3 quarters through, it's got its black heart in the right place. Drama with horror sprinkled throughout. Pretty dark at times. Thought everyone played their parts well. Don't give up half way or you'll miss what actually makes this movie worth watching.

I was suprised how good this was. More drama than horror. It touches on many subjects like the nature of horror itself and the effect media on children. Its more about the suspense and pain that comes from failed relationships and the tension and fighting as well as the fight to make it work against the odds. It's realism and good acting enhances the movie. You really feel the isolation and tiredness of the main character. I felt bad for him being trapped and blamed. On one hand he has a good life but it's destroyed by those around him. It shows how destructive people are in nature.
