[SEFF'21] Closer to a thriller than to a social approach to immigration problems, the camera transmits the anguish and extreme fatigue of the protagonist clinging to him, in an excellent display of emotional claustrophobia. But it really offers a somewhat simplistic vision of a hostile Europe, especially coming from an Italian director and a British actor, inheritors of that immigration.
