I had lower expectations for this movie, based on the premise and the poster it seemed like a typical type of comedy. But in reality it's actually better than I expected. Seeing a story about father/son love and a good father figure was quite refreshing for a change.

Don’t listen to the haters…this movie is ok. I’m Italian so I can say that this movie hits all the checkmarks in the accuracies of growing up Italian…. I don’t think it was meant to be a slapstick comedy kind of movie but there were laughs…. Relax and chill and enjoy a movie just to movie for the night.

De Niro doing De Niro for 90 minutes. Lame as possible movie that's been done 1,000 times before. Not one funny moment in it.

It’s not “The Godfather”. However, considering all the recent duds he’s made, it feels like it is. Some funny moments throughout.
