Emergency successfully tackles some hard hitting social issues while still managing to remain fun and humorous. RJ and Donald absolutely kill both of their roles, the finale scene between the two is nothing short of amazing. Really great movie, a modern serious undercurrent twist to the usual college party movie genre.

[Prime Video] Cleverly expands on the 2018 short film to find a much more interesting perspective that speaks of racial conflicts in their entirety, even between members of the same race. And just when it seems to lose its balance, it tackles a splendid third act, where the lighthearted comedy in the style of Spike Lee of the 80's, gives way to a more serious proposal that is revealed in a dramatically realistic way.

The 2 main characters are likable enough, but the story get bogged down and uninteresting right from the get-go. After 30 minutes we had enough.. NEXT!

Interesting to be sure, with relevant messages about racism and fear, and excellent acting from the cast. It becomes a little chaotic towards the end but despite this, the film is still worth watching.
