Fate, in the form of unfaithful wives, pairs an inconvenient cop and a guilty psychologist. Their bromance is good, but the film is certainly dated. A military junta selling uranium? Two idiots who got high while smoking joints and talking about the difficulties of family life? It's still a long way from "Wild Tales."
