I don't know if this movie works as well as it did without the breakout performances of the two leads. In a lot of ways it reminded me of an edgier Booksmart - the friendship of the two leads is genuine and the movie really is a joy to watch. 🚧 Moderator edit 🚧 No external links please.

Hilarious. The writers and director really know the coming of age road trip formula. It felt very nostalgic but not literally as I am a grown-ass man. Just reminds me of the really funny classics of the genre. Well-acted leads and funny blunt scenarios and writing. A joy to watch.
