[Sheffield/Doc] The documentary uses the work of cable technicians in different Eastern European countries to talk about communication (or the lack of it). The director focuses primarily on elderly people, overwhelmed by new technologies that apparently unite, but really separate. The development, however, is tedious and does not delve into too many topics.
