[AFFBCN] With a flimsy premise, the film manages to maintain an aspect of a forceful police thriller. But the pretense of moving between genres, of introducing somewhat simple comedy elements and even some plot of psychological effect, makes the structure unravel into a messy story. The frame works, but the trimmings disturb, and in the end there is an uneven product that ranges between ridiculous and ability.
