A really bad movie with same cheap dialogues and third class acting and tapori accent.

Dhanush carried the movie with those eyes. Also seeing how she lost her parents was so heartbreaking. The music too. Too many sweet things!

simple and decent fun for one time watch

Anand L Rai is a master when he weaves pure drama into cinemas, baring zero led by Shahrukh all his other projects have proved that. Atrangi Re is another testimony to his brilliance. The film is powerful, unique, and emotional while all of it has humor. Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush are outstanding throughout. Especially Sara who has outdone herself. The dynamics of the acting range presented is so good by both the leads. Ashish Verma provides accurate support to Dhanush all along. Akshay has a vital but short role. The first half is great, fast-paced, and fun but the second half works in bits and pieces and gets disconnected a bit. The finish is highly emotional and makes up for a perfect family watch.
