It started off as a ok Action film with some Sci-Fi mixed in but when the Sci-Fi story plot took over it just went down hill. Probably the worst Scott Adkins film I have seen.

This feels like the kind of movie that got financed by someone with money, enthusiasm, and only the faintest grasp of how Western action movies are supposed to work. The sci-fi angle is pure garbage, the plot is a hot mess, the acting is shaky, and the ending lands like the movie simply ran out of ideas and wandered off. The good news is that Scott Adkins is still Scott Adkins, and Andy On Chi-Kit is every bit the fighter you’d hope he’d be, so there are a handful of genuinely solid fight scenes scattered through the wreckage. Unfortunately, everything in between those moments is such a confused, badly stitched-together mess that the movie ends up feeling less like a film and more like a delivery system for random ass-kicking. One of the weaker Adkins vehicles by far, and definitely not recommended.
