White Castle is a classic, Gimto a fairly worthy follow up, but Christmas is easily forgotten. There were a number of scenes that had me really laughing, but the story wrapped around them is awful and made it feel a chore. Thomas Lennon was so-so, but the daughter thread was funny. NPH was great. If you can see it, the 3D is excellent as well as a running gag, though it does wear a bit thin. Weak christmas pudding sauce.

This is the weakest one of the trilogy but it still has a lot of funny moments and much better than most comedies these days. Neil Patrick Harris might be the MVP of the film with how hard he commits to the role. Also, fuck pancakes!

I don't get the hate. I find the movie fun and it gets me in the holiday spirit for some reason lol. Amir Blumenfeld was pretty annoying though. I wouldn’t have cried if his character died violently. If you want something naughty for the holidays, for adults. Then this is for you. If you don’t get offended by babies getting high, sacrilegious jokes, priest and choir boy jokes and etc.

This is DEFINITELY a movie that has to be seen in 3-D. (Home theater experience is not the same unless you can get the full 3-D on your screen). The story is ok - B-. (Basically, it shows how, like in real life, best friends can end up going their separate ways, as time passes). The return of NPH (including how he escaped the afterlife) was pretty much the high-light of the movie. Or the toddler who is going to end up attending NA meetings during kindergarten recess.

Admittedly, this movie is pretty stupid. It’s intentionally stupid, but I love it! All three of the Harold & Kumar films are absolutely guilty pleasures. I’m both happy they made a Christmas film, and sad there hasn’t been another since. This may be the worst of the trilogy, but if you like the others you will still like this! Rating: 3/5 - 7.5/10 - Worth Watching
