As Lee pointed out, this is more or less Carrie with electrical powers instead of fire, but on a clearly tight budget with significantly less talent in the writing and directing departments. It starts out with a gruesome, promising, and somewhat shocking opener, but then you have to sit through endless opening credits with seizure-inducing lightning flashes followed by an actor playing an actor with the acting level expected on daytime soaps. It doesn't improve much from there, and even the kills are a bit dull. Also the way they [spoiler]time-skip the potentially interesting part of this undead electric-powered girl growing up in a broken home[/spoiler] is wasted potential.

Its Carrie meets Firestarter, and nowhere near as good as any of them. This film should be buried and not resurrected.

Read the summary of the plot above and ask yourself, if this is actually a plot that could be used to create a decent movie, knowing that the "trail of horrifying, chilling chaos" is a single-digit body count without that much chaos or horror involved. Even Barbara Crampton couldn't save this one.
